OIP Specification
The Specification is the source of truth for the wire format: objects, schemas, lifecycle, the trust model, the API surface, and compatibility requirements.
OIP v1.0 — Public Review Draft. This document defines what to implement. For the conceptual model (why) read the Reference Architecture; for the implementation path (how) read the Developer Guide.
Machine-readable endpoints (preview)
This reference registry serves a single example object as static JSON. These are read-only in the Public Review Draft.
What the Specification covers
- Core concepts and the eight-object model (identity, assets, evidence, projections).
- The Outcome Manifest and Trust Manifest schemas.
- The Outcome Trust Metric — evidence-led, sample-size-aware, with published bands.
- Discovery, licensing (free / one-time), verification, and update protocols.
- Compatibility with A2A, MCP, SKILL.md, ACP/UCP, and Apple App Intents.
Note: the Specification describes the trust model’s bands, confidence, and evidence components. Exact scoring weights and the DeepSenz extension profile are not part of this public preview.
